Shattuckit

. Shattuckite is a good balancing stone that helps you keep a cool head. With the stone’s support, you can let go of burdens and worries, allowing you to tackle new endeavors with renewed strength.

The mineral was first discovered at the Shattuck Mine near Bisbee (Arizona, USA), and was first described in 1915 by the mineralogist and geologist Waldemar Theodore Schaller (1882–1967). Schaller then named the newly discovered mineral after the type locality, i.e., the first site where it was found. Spellings such as Schattuckite, Schattukite, Shattukite, or Shatukitt are therefore incorrect.

Since Shattuckite is often accompanied by three other minerals—quartz, malachite, and chrysocolla—the stone is also referred to as “Quantum Quattro” in esoteric literature from the English-speaking world.
