The sacral chakra—also known as Svadhisthana—is the second major chakra in the human energy system and is located about a hand’s width below the navel. It is the center of joy, sensuality, creativity, and emotional expression. The sacral chakra represents our ability to feel, to enjoy, and to stay connected to the flow of life.
