Throat Chakra

The throat chakra—also known as the laryngeal chakra or, in Sanskrit, Vishuddha—is the fifth of the seven main chakras in the human energy system. It is located in the area of the larynx and symbolizes communication, self-expression, and truth. When the throat chakra is in balance, it is easy to speak clearly and authentically, to express one’s own opinion, and at the same time to listen attentively.
