I painted this picture to make something visible.

In the eye of the storm, there is stillness. Here we stand, anchored in the wisdom of our hearts.

Sometimes it gets windy and turbulent around us. When we feel this turbulence, we always have a choice: to let ourselves be swept away by the storm or to consciously return to our center.

Even the most violent storm eventually subsides—regardless of whether we let ourselves be swept away or not. Choose peace and remain centered. In the eye of the storm.
